My last day at the OTC is July 17th. My cousins will be picking me up on that day to spend a few days with them. Mom will come to Denver and we fly home on the 23rd.

Birthday Weekend
I will be traveling home this weekend for my Dads Birthday. April 15 is his birthday; and my cousin, brother and myself got him the NASCAR Experience at Talledega. It should be alot of fun and very exciting for all! Ill get in Saturday at 5pm, and travel back to the Springs Tuesday at 2pm.

Punishment
Sorry i haven't been posting...been kind of neglecting for some time
Christmas Break was nice and relaxing being home in Birmingham seeing everyone one and enjoying mom's good home cooking...and don't forget my dog, Hildi. We were able to leave the Springs after practice on December 22nd and must be back before afternoon practice on January 2nd (last year we couldn't even stay home for New Years.) I really enjoyed the home front, not being able to do anything and eating mom out of house n home. believe me, i did not want to come back.
I flew back to the Springs at 11am on the 2nd. I had no delays and everything went smoothly, arriving safely in the Springs at 3:30 and an OTC van transported me to the OTC by 4:30, missing afternoon practice. Everybody was at practice except for 3 other people and I. Tuesday rolls around, and we were on our way to practice. Coach looked mad and I saw him tearing about 9 squares of paper. He told us to go to the bleachers on the far end of the pool to have a team meeting. He began to lecture us about this being our job and being on time, blah blah blah. Preceding to distribute the pieces of paper to the 9 individuals that were their Monday afternoon, told them to either to write a "T" for get in and train with them that day, or "M" for no training until next Monday. Needless to say, my so-called "team" voted for not training with them. Oh how i love my team!!
